What are the Payment Methods?

What is your Return and Refund Policy?
Return Policy:
– Returns accepted within 3 days with receipt
– Refunds issued in original form of payment
– Items must be in original packaging, sealed, and unused
Exclusions: perishable items, hot food, prepared items, housewares, and special orders
What is Order & Pickup?
Introducing Order & Pickup in-store, our convenient online grocery ordering service. Simply shop online for the products you need and schedule a pickup time at the store. When you arrive, our friendly associate will verify your order number and assist you for a convenient pickup experience.
How do I place an online order?
To start, create an account or sign in to an existing one. Choose the store where you’d like to pick up your order and begin shopping. Search for the products you need, add the desired quantities to your cart, and proceed to checkout when you’re ready. Select an available time slot for pickup, enter your payment information, and submit your order.
How do I pay for my online order?
On the checkout page, you can securely add your payment information. We accept major debit and credit cards.
What is a Provisional Hold?
We will temporarily authorize your card for $5 or 10% of the item total whichever is higher. It helps account for charges like bottle deposit, final sales tax, and items sold by weight. As soon as your order is complete we will charge your card for what is exactly in your final order.
What is your Price Policy with Online Orders?
Please note that prices shown on our website at the time of your order submission may vary from the prices at the time of pickup or delivery. This discrepancy may occur due to various factors, including product price updates, promotions, substitutions, taxes, governmental fees, weighted items, weekly ad price changes, and other reasons. The final price you pay will be the price of the products you receive at the time of pickup or delivery, not the price listed on the day you placed your order.
Why is my cart showing an Estimated Total?
Please note that the ‘Estimated Total’ at checkout is subject to change due to pricing and availability. Online prices reflect in-store prices on the day of ordering, but may vary by the time of pickup. Additionally, sales taxes and government fees are not included in the estimated total, but will be displayed on your final receipt.
How are weighted items selected for online orders?
For weighted items like produce, meat, and seafood, our associates will carefully select items that closely match your order. If you have specific preferences or instructions, please note them in the checkout comments section, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your requests.
What happens if I miss my time slot for pickup?
You have a one-hour window to pick up your order from your selected time. If you need more time, please call the store to arrange an extension. If you’re unable to pick up your order on the scheduled date, please note that we’ll cancel the order and return the items to store inventory.
How far in advance can I schedule a pickup time?
You can schedule a pickup up to 7 days in advance for your convenience.
Is there a fee for using Order & Pickup?
There are no fees for using Order & Pickup in-store. You can order online and pick up your items at the store without any additional charges.
Is there a fee for using delivery, and who is your delivery partner?
Yes, there is a delivery fee of $12.99 for using our delivery service. We have partnered with DoorDash to deliver your orders, so your purchases will be conveniently brought to your doorstep by a DoorDash driver.
What happens if an item I’ve ordered online is out of stock in the store?
While we strive to keep all items in stock, some items may become unavailable. When placing your order, you can choose to allow substitutions or not. If an item is out-of-stock and substitutions are allowed, our associate will select a similar item to replace it. If substitutions are not allowed, the item will be removed from your order and the total will be updated. When you pick up your groceries, our associate will review any changes and substitutions made to your order.
How can I modify or cancel my pending online order?
Once you submit an order for pickup, it can’t be modified. If you need to add items or make changes, please cancel your existing order and place a new one. We start processing orders immediately after submission, so cancellations can only be made by calling the store directly. Please contact us promptly if you need to cancel your order.
